Vend On TapWest Valley Phoenix

Your break room, handled.

Vend On Tap places modern vending machines in workplaces across the West Valley — and runs them on live monitoring, so they are never sitting empty, broken, or eating someone's dollar. You provide a few square feet and an outlet. We do everything else, and then we show you the receipts.

What you get

Free machine. Free service. Zero work for you.

No purchase, no lease, no rental — ever. Stocking, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs are on us. Your staff never touches the machine, and neither do you.

A machine matched to your site

Snack, drink, or combo units sized to your headcount and shift pattern — including refrigerated fresh food where the site supports it.

Cashless everything

Tap, chip, Apple Pay, Google Pay. No coin jams, no "exact change only," no cash handling on your premises.

Fresh means fresh

Our standard is zero expired items sold. Dates are checked at every visit, short-dated stock is pulled before expiry, and refrigerator temperatures are monitored continuously.

Your people choose the products

Every machine carries a QR code for requests. Items people ask for earn a trial slot on the next fills — and your monthly report lists what was requested and what we stocked.

We carry the risk

Vend On Tap LLC carries commercial general liability and product liability insurance and indemnifies your business for the machine's operation. Certificates on request — we can name your company as additional insured.

Installed in 10 business days

One-page agreement, one visit to measure the spot, one install appointment scheduled around your operation.

The never-empty guarantee

Published service levels — not "we try hard."

Every Vend On Tap machine reports its stock, temperature, and health to us in real time. We see a shelf getting low — or a fault code — before your employees do, and we service on data, not on a calendar. These are the numbers we hold ourselves to, measured from the machines' own telemetry:

Stockouts

≤2% of selection-days

Measured at every site, every month. Your top-10 sellers are never empty at the start of a business day, and never empty for more than 24 hours.

Fault response

Fixed or swapped in 2 days

Faults are triaged the same day they occur. You're notified within 4 business hours of anything that takes a machine out of service, a technician attends within 1 business day, and the machine is back in service within 2 business days — or swapped for a working one.

Uptime

≥98% of your hours

Each machine is available to vend — online, payment live, able to complete a sale — for at least 98% of your site's operating hours each month.

Freshness

Zero expired items sold

Zero tolerance, audited monthly with date-code photographs. If an expired item is ever found in one of our machines, the whole machine gets a full date audit within 24 hours.

A guarantee with teeth

Miss any published level in a month and your site automatically receives a service credit of 5% of that month's gross sales — per level missed — paid with your next commission payment and itemized on your monthly statement. We compute it and report our own misses. You never file a claim, because a guarantee the client has to police is just marketing.

Instant QR refunds

Refunds in minutes, not phone calls

If a machine ever takes a payment without delivering, your person scans the QR code on the machine and the refund is issued the same day — most within the hour, 100% within 24 hours. No receipt, no phone call, no questions for amounts up to $5. Where our telemetry shows a vend failed, we refund proactively when we can identify the payment — the customer doesn't even have to ask. And if a refund ever takes longer than 24 hours, it's paid at double. Nobody on your staff ever plays intermediary for a vending complaint again.

Auditable transparency

Commission you can audit

By the 10th of every month you receive a statement generated from the same card-reader data we run the business on: sales by machine, the commission math shown line by line, every service visit and fault, refunds, the freshness audit, and our service-level scorecard — including the months we miss, with the credit attached. There is one set of numbers, and you see the same ones we do. At day 90, every client also gets a written proof report: the full trial record, before you decide anything long-term.

The terms

Easy to say yes to

One page. No lock-in traps, no auto-renewal games. Our retention is a scorecard, not a contract clause.

  • 30-day out clauseEither side can end the agreement with 30 days' written notice. No penalties, no buyouts. If we're not performing, you can fire us in a month.
  • 90-day performance trialIf the machine grosses under $250/month in its first 90 days, we remove it free and restore the space. You never pay a dime, in any scenario, at any point.
  • You earn from it: 5–10% commissionLarger sites earn a tiered commission on gross sales — 5% as volume builds, 10% at the top tier — paid quarterly, with the reader-data statement to back every figure.
  • 90-day proof reportAt the end of the trial you get the complete written record: uptime, stockouts, response times, top sellers, employee requests, commission earned.
  • Free means freeMachine, installation, stocking, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs — all on us, for as long as the machine is on your site.
Who we place with

Built for the sites other vendors underserve

Anywhere people work or live on-site and the nearest food option is a drive away.

Warehouses & plants

Multi-shift operations get substantial fuel — meal items, energy, electrolytes in summer — and the highest stock levels in our fleet, because a stockout at 2 AM is the failure this segment remembers.

Healthcare

Hospitals and medical offices run around the clock. Staff and visitors get a stocked machine at every hour, with the freshness standard documented on your monthly report.

Apartment communities

A stocked machine in the clubhouse or laundry building is an amenity that costs the property nothing — and earns commission on larger communities.

Dealerships

Service waiting rooms and shop floors alike: customers waiting on a repair and techs on a shift both end up at the machine.

Gyms & fitness

Protein, hydration, and better-for-you options weighted to what members actually request — set by your site's own request data, not a national planogram.

Offices

Beverage-led mixes with a healthy and fresh tier, weighted to the mid-morning and mid-afternoon peaks your team's day actually runs on.

Night shift is exactly who we built this for. When the cafeteria is closed and the nearest open store is 15 minutes away, a stocked machine is a genuine employee benefit that costs the employer nothing. Our fills are timed so the machine a night-shift worker meets is stocked to the same standard as the one day shift meets — and your 90-day proof report shows the night-shift sales share, so you can see the benefit landing.

Service area

West Valley Phoenix, run dense on purpose

We cluster our machines tightly instead of scattering them across the map — that density is what makes a next-day service visit cheap enough to actually happen, and it's how the guarantee above gets kept.

Peoria Glendale Tolleson Laveen Avondale Goodyear Surprise Phoenix metro

Outside the core cluster but in the Phoenix metro? Ask anyway — if we can serve your site at the standard above, we'll place there; if we can't, we'll tell you plainly rather than place a machine we can't keep full.

Tell us where the machine would go and roughly how many people are on site. We'll come measure the spot, bring the one-page agreement, and give you a straight answer on what your site would earn.
